I've had this game since I last taught in a Montessori preschool about 11 years ago. I cannot remember where I found the masters I used to make it. If anyone knows, email me a link and I'll include it in this post. This is a fun game for two friends to play. There is a special die with the various items needed to "dress" the snowman. The children take turns rolling to see what item to put on their snowman next.
This is blurry, but you can see how I have the work on the tray. Two gameboards on the bottom with a basket on top that has the pieces and the die.
Here you can see the two gameboards before the snowmen are "dressed."
This shows that the die landed on "mitten" and a mitten has been added to the snowman.
I love it!! You could make a lot of variations of this game too! You have some great ideas!!!
